WHAT TO EXPECT?

At Baker Assembly, we come together as a community to worship Jesus. There will be a time of worship through prayer and singing. Pastor Rod Kilsdonk will provide a biblical teaching with modern application every Sunday. We make it our mission to love God and love people around us through the way we live our lives every day. It won’t take you long to discover that we’re more than just a Sunday church, as we have a variety of opportunities throughout the week to connect with God and others.

WHAT IS YOUR SUNDAY SERVICE LIKE?

Each weekend at Baker Assembly you’ll find a friendly atmosphere with a mix of both contemporary and traditional styles of worship and a practical, relevant message. After children and adults worship together, children are given the opportunity to participate in a loving, quality nursery and fun-filled service dedicated to children of all ages.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN I VISIT FOR THE FIRST TIME?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. Instead, we hope that you will feel welcomed and have a chance to meet and connect with members of our church family.

WHAT DO I WEAR TO ATTEND YOUR SERVICE?

You’ll find everything from casual clothes to professional attire at our weekend service. Come in what is comfortable for you, because Baker Assembly is not about what you look like or what you wear.

DO YOU HAVE A MIDWEEK SERVICE?

We have mid-week activities Wednesday nights for families and individuals, including a kids program (6:30pm) and a middle and high school gathering (7:30pm @ the Youth Center), as well as a bible study for adults (6:30pm).

WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN?

At Baker Assembly, your children are a top priority. Our nursery is clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers for infants up to 4 years old. Children are offered age appropriate ministry on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. There are activities for both boys and girls through our Kidz Life Ministries.

HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?

There are many ways to get involved. In addition to Sunday Service at 10:30am and Sunday School at 9:30am, we offer Wednesday evening activities, Tuesday we have women’s bible study, and a Saturday morning men’s prayer breakfast. You can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.
